Jackie Freedman
MBA, CPBA, CPVA, CAIA

Inspired by her passion for business and management issues, Jackie Freedman has helped numerous clients to energize business performance.  She works with corporate executives and business owners to diagnose and resolve those issues that affect the productivity of human capital, from the high-level strategic to the day-to-day tactical, and everything in-between.  Jackie's corporate background and extensive business experience includes both service and manufacturing environments, making her an excellent resource and sounding board for clients who rely on her to help them navigate a variety of leadership and management challenges.

Jackie is a fervent believer that people are a company’s most important asset and experience has shown her that a happy, engaged and respected workforce can’t help but be a positive reflection on a company’s health, morale and financials.  She enjoys the challenge of designing programs and approaches that trigger a modification in behavior and, ultimately, long-term improvements.  She has produced results for Fortune 500 companies as well as small and mid-sized corporations and non-profits.  Her clients include Merck & Co., D&B, Wiss & Co., Ellipsis Enterprises, Women’s Crisis Services, SKC & Co. and The Print Shoppe, to name just a few.

Jackie’s involvement in management began very early in her career when the manager of her university’s catering service asked her to “leave the floor,” becoming the highest ranking student on the management team.  In her first full-time position, Jackie took on a very challenging position where she managed an exceptionally diverse workforce of over 60 employees, many of them union, in an extremely demanding and high-stress environment marked by extensive client contact.  Prior to her work at TimeWorks, Jackie worked at an international consumer products company where she was responsible for product development, marketing, merchandising systems, packaging, etc., for over 10,000 SKUs.  During her time there, Jackie repackaged the entire product line, introduced an entirely new product category through a new distribution system, restructured the process for customer complaints and developed a new concept in merchandising, which was awarded a U.S. patent.

Jackie has earned the distinction of Certified Professional Behavior, Value and Attribute Analyst and is certified in the Six Thinking Hats methodology.  She is a member of The International Association of Facilitators, The Hartman Institute and the National Association of Parliamentarians.

Her professional affiliations include the NJ Association of Women Business Owners, National Association of Female Executives as well as various networking groups.  Jackie earned an MBA from Rutgers University and a BA from Tufts University.  She is currently serving as President of the Rutgers University Business School Alumni Association.
